Cherry blossoms in February

In winter, all of us look forward to having cherry blossoms season.

In Ofuna Flower Center in Kamakura, I could see "full-bloomed cherry blossoms" even in February. Tamanawa-zakura is a type of cherry blossom which blooms earlier than Someiyoshino, which is the most famous type of cherry blossoms in Spring. Not a few people were visiting the park to see them on Saturday. The park became very crowded when the park opened the gate for free at 4 pm.
